Le Carousel Plate #2

The Le Carousel Collection of six plates, each sold separately, depicts the famous celebration held in celebration of the birth of Louis XIV's son. Held at the Louvre, the celebration was attended by a Turkish delegation, a sign of the power of the Ottoman Empire. Each plate features a different scene, telling a complete story.
