Contemporary design with Italian origin natural materials, innovative treatments with minerals and plants safe for humans and the environment, inspired by a sustainable production cycle.

COKI

Combining notions of geology, chemistry and design culture, COKI also offers new materials made from fragments and scraps of stone and mineral processing. In particular, with an all-vegetable mixture, combined with a calcium-silicate treatment, Glaciazione comes to life, a stone material that incorporates Italian rock salt crystals and colored pigments, obtained both from minerals found underground and from boiling and evaporation of vegetable raw materials, such as leaves and stems of edible plants.

Developed together with artisans through a waste-free production and logistics chain, the production cycle harnesses the power of the sun and air to make and dry the stone elements, offsetting some of the CO2 emissions from processing borosilicate glass and stainless steel. In 2020, the brand won the Green Product Award and was recognized internationally for its sustainable and ethical approach to product design.
