Explore the Milanese apartment of Marco Credendino, Artemest Co-Founder, and discover the history and the vision of Artemest with a journey through iconic Italian pieces, from avant-garde design décor to artisanal accessories. Playing with different light sources, bold colors and curated corners, the apartment lives up to its "Expect The Unexpected" motto.

Marco Credendino co-founded Artemest with Ippolita Rostagno in 2015, with the aim of bringing wonderful handmade products crafted by exceptional Italian artisans to a worldwide audience, preserving and nurturing the ancient techniques that have been part of the local tradition for centuries. His passion and fascination for Italian design has pushed him to create a platform where the artistic and cultural heritage of his country can be elevated by making it accessible to a wider public.
Explore his apartment in the heart of Milan, the design city par excellence, decorated with some of his favorite design pieces and following his refined yet bold style, in true Milanese fashion, and discover his picks for a perfect city home.

Nestled in a brand-new modern building, the apartment is equipped with a stunning garden, a fairly uncommon luxury to have in the city. The garden features a long table perfect for entertaining and enjoying the warm Italian summer nights; decorated with amber Murano glass sets by La Fornasotta, elegant glass pitchers by Creart and dinner plates by Laboratorio Paravicini, the setting plays with colors and glass reflection and results in a curated and original table, right under Marco's neon signs showcasing "Expect The Unexpected", a creative memento.
In contrast with the building's stern architecture, the interior design combines contemporary and traditional elements, including pieces that have shaped the history of design such as the iconic Luna Lamp designed by Gio Ponti for Tato and the Oriente Italiano ceramic candle by Manifattura Richard Ginori. Mosaics and tiles pieces such as the Flore Ottone tray by Mosaici Ursula Corsi and the Trio Ensemble Pedestal by Francesco Della Femina add an artisanal touch to the décor of the living room, recalling the love for traditional designs and historical techniques.
The look is completed by modern staple pieces including the Corallo Candleholder by Zanetto and the T Bubble Table Lamp by Silvio Mondino, giving the space a personal feel and tying the room together in a seemingly effortless way.
