David Berti started this artisanal company in 1895 and since then, with no interruptions, four generations have continued producing knives, passing down their artisanal methods from father to son. According to the family tradition, each piece is completed by the same hands that started it, so that each knife is entirely made by hand by one artisan. This unique technique, along with a careful choice of the finest materials and the rigorous tests every object undergoes, makes these knives real masterpieces of excellent quality and exquisite design.
