If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies to all products from all vendors, excluding customized items.
To be eligible for a full refund, Products must be returned in their original condition, together with all original internal and external packaging materials, as initially shipped by Artemest.
There are no restocking fees. The only cost is the return shipment from your location to the Artemest Warehouse in Milan, Italy, using the courier of your choice.
