Gufo N.17 Sculpture

The Owl, an animal of good luck, is undoubtedly one of the most recurrent subjects in Gianmaria Potenza’s production. The series of bronze owls is the most numerous, some reach more than 1,30 metres in height, and they stand out thanks to glass marble inserts for their eyes, which gives them a lively glance. It was exhibited in Villa Finaly in Florence for an exhibition in 2018 and at the Museum of Sant’Agostino in Genoa in 2019. It was published in “Kosmos L’Ordine delle Forme” in 2019.
