Mangianza In Piatto Set of 2 Plates

Inspired by the sea, this elegant set of two plates (a dinner-size plate and bowl with flat bottom and raised top) will bring the art of nature to any table. Handmade of dark brown grès with an irregular square shape, both plates feature a large, white fish head on one side and a small, colorful fish scattered on the rest of the surface. The plates are decorated using the engobbio technique (slip-painting) whereby a slip (englobe) of different colors is applied with a brush onto the clay body surface before firing to create a stunning decorative effect.
